GI6812 Grounding Connection Device Parameters Tester

The Grounding Device Characteristic Parameter Test System consists of a master unit (GI6812 Characteristic Parameter Tester) and a slave unit (FVA620 Frequency-selective Voltmeter-Ammeter). Adopting the different-frequency anti-interference technology, the system can accurately measure various power frequency characteristic parameters of grounding devices under strong interference in substations. It complies with DL/T475-2017 Guidelines for Measurement of Characteristic Parameters of Grounding Devices. Featuring compact size, light weight and easy portability. Equipped with a GPS wiring APP, the system can display the straight-line distance and included angle between the current electrode and potential electrode in real time.

Description
  1. It can measure parameters including grounding impedance, shunt current, grounding grid shunt coefficient, surface potential gradient distribution in the test area, step potential difference, touch potential difference and soil resistivity, so as to conduct accurate comprehensive analysis of grounding grid parameters.
  2. The system adopts different-frequency current for measurement. Two frequency points around 50 Hz are tested, and the data is converted to standard 50 Hz values. Combined with digital filtering technology, it effectively suppresses power frequency interference.
  3. Designed with high-frequency transformers and an all-in-one structure, the device is compact, lightweight and easy to carry.
  4. The instrument case is fitted with a pull rod and rollers for convenient movement.
  5. Constant power output at the high-voltage section: the output current decreases linearly as the output voltage rises, which improves the accuracy of shunt current measurement.
  6. Two time synchronization modes (GPS and wireless) and dual data transmission modes are available to adapt to various test scenarios, with automatic mode selection supported.
  7. Built-in human body equivalent resistance.
  8. Automatic voltage regulation and data acquisition, featuring short measurement time.
  9. Able to store the waveforms of test current and test voltage for subsequent analysis.
  10. Matched with a GPS wiring APP for mobile phones or tablets to display the straight-line distance and included angle between the current electrode and potential electrode in real time.
  11. A high-definition LCD screen clearly displays the operation interface and test data both indoors and outdoors.
  12. Built-in large-capacity memory, which can store 1000 sets of test data without data loss after power-off.
  13. Equipped with a high-speed thermal printer for data output.
  14. System upgrade via USB flash drive is supported, and test data can also be exported to a USB flash drive.
