The HPD5000X is an integrated inspection device that combines partial discharge detection, infrared thermal imaging detection, acoustic imaging detection, and ionized gas detection into a single comprehensive system. For partial discharge detection, the HPD5000X can employ ultra-high frequency (UHF), high-frequency current transformer (HFCT), transient earth voltage (TEV), and airborne acoustic emission (AE) sensors to detect partial discharge in high-voltage equipment. It is suitable for live inspections of GIS, switchgear, cables, and other equipment. The built-in acoustic imaging camera is based on the principle of microphone array beamforming and is primarily used to locate corona discharge, compressed gas leaks, vacuum system leaks, noise sources, and more. In terms of gas detection, the instrument can measure the concentration of ozone and nitric oxide generated by discharge, thereby identifying partial discharge from a chemical perspective.
