1. The power switch is in the on position, but the instrument is unresponsive

If the instrument shows no sign of life, first confirm that the supply itself is live (check the outlet or distribution box). With the mains OFF, inspect the internal fuse: it sits in the right-hand side of the AC inlet drawer; insert a flat-blade screwdriver in the recess and lever the fuse holder (latch included) straight out.

If the supply is good and the correct-rated fuse is intact (or blows again immediately), return the instrument to us for factory inspection and repair.。

2. If the device is turned on normally

If the instrument is turned on normally, it can regulate the voltage normally, but when controlling the action of the circuit breaker or energy storage (i.e. the instrument’s load output), the power panel or distribution box trips. It is necessary to check whether the distribution box is well grounded and whether there is any loose connection. If necessary, the power supply of the distribution box should be replaced or other instruments should be used to verify whether the power supply has normal load capacity. If the distribution power supply is working properly, it may be an instrument malfunction. At this point, you can try using external triggering methods, connecting to other power sources (or using the existing control power supply of the tested equipment), and conduct characteristic tests first. Please send the instrument back to our company for inspection and maintenance when convenient.

●Connect other power sources externally (or use the existing control power supply of the tested equipment), and control the closing or opening of the high-voltage switch by the instrument. The control power supply can be either DC or AC. The wiring is shown in the following figure:

External trigger: Using an external independent control power supply, the user controls the closing or opening of the high-voltage switch. The control power supply can be either DC or AC. The instrument operation mode should be selected as either closing or opening. The wiring is shown in the following figure:
